You only need a few outstanding candidates to fill a role, so we focus on quality and not quantity. In addition to daily interaction and collaboration, we have structured metrics and activity meetings on a weekly basis to ensure we are meeting and exceeding your expectations.

Yes, we recruit in most geographies across the globe.

Most of our engagements are for hard-to-fill positions that require us to find candidates who are not on job boards, nor are they necessarily looking for another position. We have a reputation for filling positions that other recruiters deemed un-fillable.

Most definitely. We use a combination of JazzHR and Basecamp, and will customize reports to give you exactly what you need. You will also be able to watch us working real-time, as we provide live links into our activity trackers.
